Mapping your customer experience is a critical step for businesses to be able to perform a range of tasks, including defining your product or service, documenting and systemising your business, benchmarking your system or service offering and building out your sales and marketing plans. While it may sound like a marketing task, it is not related solely to marketing and will help provide you and current or future staff with clarity on what you do as a business.
